Sound Healing Training Booking

& Refund Policy

If you are booking onto a Sound Healing Training Course in Liverpool with Samantha Tune at Tune In Sound Healing, please read the following policy carefully before securing your place.

This policy is in place to honour both your commitment and the energetic and practical investment required to hold this training experience.

Securing Your Place

To secure your place on the Sound Healing Certification Training, a £120 deposit is required.

• The deposit is non-refundable
• Your place is only confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received

This training is held in small, intimate groups to ensure depth, safety, and high quality space holding.

Transfers and Changes

I honour that life can shift.

If you are no longer able to attend your chosen training date, your deposit may be transferred to a future sound healing course date.

This is only possible:

• If your space is filled by someone else who was not already booked onto the course
• If sufficient notice is given to allow time for your space to be filled

If your space is not filled, your deposit will be retained and cannot be transferred.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you have paid in full and need to cancel:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the training may be eligible for a partial refund. The £120 deposit will be retained
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training will result in the loss of your full payment

In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund of up to 50 percent may be offered. This is not guaranteed and is at discretion.

You may transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend, subject to approval.

Cancellations by Tune In Sound Healing

In the unlikely event that the training needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Government restrictions
• Venue closures
• Unforeseen external events

Your booking will be transferred to a future sound healing training date.

Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

If the training is cancelled and no alternative date is offered, you will receive a full refund.

Additional Costs

Tune In Sound Healing is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including:

• Travel
• Accommodation
• Time taken off work
